Thanks so much Nicole... but in this society, physical beauty is defined in such a way that I stuggle with seeing all that stuff reflecting back at me when I look in the mirror... I guess I've always have had self-esteem issues. In retrospect, I think I was blessed to have had to look inside myself to see what really matters from an early age. Even in this rendering, the model I used was a picture of me when I wore long braids and was about 50# thinner... even then, the whole physical beauty thing didn't appeal a whole lot to me. God has blessed me with a partner who now sees the total package: inside and out --- I am truly thankful to have such a LOVE in my life (at this ripe age of 55)!
