Love this. You have made all the papers and fabrics too! Very nice!
Angela L Walker replied:
Yep! I do art nearly 24/7... been slowing down only recently at the encouragement of a dear friend who cautioned me about becoming so absorbed in creativity that I inadvertently close myself off to other people who love and care about me... I find myself using anything that's not nailed down to create on... art fills the void of not having my son here with me... so I create most of my collage elements. Thanks so much for commenting on this piece... sorry I got to rambling....

Love all the textures, a favorite.
Angela L Walker replied:
Can't thank you enough, my friend. BTW: I used the Lyra aquacolor sticks and the Sennelier oil pastels to draw directly on the wood panel and silk fabric before adding the encaustic wax medium and textural carvings... had so much fun with this one!

Just like Lenore said it gives off energizing fibes...bright and promising too. I so want to go down that road with you too....I will start going that direction now . Such great work Angela!
Angela L Walker replied:
Thanx, my dear Linda... I used to love to do the Wizard of Oz dance down the street with Josh... we would laugh and giggle and just have a blast! I had him in mind as I started this piece just after Mother's Day. :-)
