I painted these banners the year after Josh was killed when I first went public with my art.. working on these banners forced me to remember all the beautiful things my son and I shared. At that time, I couldn't bring myself to sell them so I kept them... glad I did because now I can scan them and share them with others.
This collage banner was made from a place mat, wooden dowel, wooden balls, painted cotton, hand painted wooden words, acrylic paint, and ink on cloth and wood.

Love this....and that scripture is one I live by as well! So glad you are sharing this now....I definately would understand you not being able to before and your personal attachment because of Josh.
