Yes Nicloe... you know I'm a poet! I was writing poetry before I tried my hand at art. I actually started writing when I was 8 years old. I wrote a story called "Katie and the Magic Gold Pencil"; a teacher sold it and later my mother and I saw it in one of the youth magazines she bought me. I was devastated to see my story with her name as the author... I stopped sharing my writing after that for years and years. In high school, while studying to be an actress, I started reading my own poetry and monologues... voila, I do it all the time now. Thanks so very much for commenting on this piece, my friend!
