Congratulations on your sale.

Thanks so much my, creative friend! You were my inspiriation on the drawing part of this piece. At first I was going to try to find a magazine picture to transfer to the wax surface, but then remembered you told me there's no "can't" in my world so I tried to draw my own woman and I do like her better. So thank you on all fronts, my friend. I owe you! :-)

You are such a wonderful sistah! I've always wanted a younger sibling... who knew God would wait until I'm 54 to answer that prayer! Thanks so much for stopping by during this busy weekend for you! This piece represents how I've been feeling this past week... trying to hold on and be positive.

There is a depth to this that tells a story. There are butterflies and the sun, there are rich and beautiful colors...but sometimes, for a while, they cannot take away the profound sorrow of loss. But the messages you tell yourself will eventually take hold. The human spirit is transcendant. A fave & recommend.
