Description
His last words to me: "I love you, Mom! You're the best Mom in the whole world!" The next day he was an innocent vicitm of a "mad man" on a mission to kill somebody else in my mother's neighborhood; Josh was in her driveway.
I offer this picture for all of you who have reached out to embrace our art.
Josh was naturally gifted, drawing and painting from a very early age - I paint to survive.

Angela, I was drawn to your description of your son's passing. I, too, lost my son this past May, and know, as you do, that there is no pain like that of loosing a child. It is also through my art that I manage to keep going. Peace.

OMG!Angela, your son had the same birthday as me. My late brother also shared the same birthday, although we were four years apart. WOW!

I just started crying and couldn't stop... much stronger today... it is amazing to learn that you, your brother, and Josh share the same birthday! When I look at your work... I envision Josh having grown into a fine artist like you... he would loved to have seen your work and even reached out to connect with you, I'm sure of it! Thanks for sharing this irony with me; I can now think of you on Dec 9 and reach out to extend you good wishes! :-)

A beautiful angel at your side! Hope you are well & just wanted to let you know... It's amazing to watch God work through you and your son to inspire and bring hope to others ( : Lost my brother to suicide & several other friends and family members to untimely deaths. God bless you, Linda! Thank you for commenting on this picture... yes, I thank God everyday that our last words were so genuine and filled with LOVE! I said, "I love you, Son" He said, "I love you too mom... you're the best mom in the whole world!" And then my towering 6' young man leaned over to hug his mom and kiss me goodby - The next day he was gone! We never know the day or the hour so it is very important that we make every moment count! Again, thank you for letting me share him and his art with you and my new FAA family!
