Artist's Description
For the greater part
of my adult life,
there was always
a Hart Plaza
in Downtown Detroit.
And for as long as
I can remember,
the Riverfront
has always been
a joyful scene in the summer,
especially at night
when the music is playing,
the lights are bright,
and the City
is wild with laughter...
a city on the rocks!
This is a mixed media painting made with Intense pencils, acrylic, and ink on 8" x 8" canvas and 1.5" wood cradle.
