This is an 18 x 24 encaustic painting - my first large scale wax project since I began encaustic painting in Jan 2011. The painting is too big for my scanner so I photographed it - I like the texture of the scanned pieces better so I'll offer several smaller versions of this painting from different angles and create a series of Brass Tokens. More to come.

Thank you, my friend... I've been immersed in encaustic wax lately... I do love it. The process is very therapeutic... the smell of the wax even appeals to me. Since I like texture the absolute most in art, I love this medium. The Trinity was my foundational thought...
