Oh Linda, you're soooo sweet. I wish you could see these encaustic paintings in person... they shine like enamel and are so full of texture. I showed them to a friend today and she said the pictures in FAA don't do them justice. I must admit, I am pleased with the progress I've been making in encaustics so far this year... I figure it will take me 4-5 years to achieve that new goal of mine... wanna get there by time I'm 62... turn 55 on May 4 so I've got to work hard and with purpose! :)
